I cannot get easel to see my x carve on my Macintosh running OS 17.0

if your using the adapter piece, I had it at the wrong end, swap it on your cord and it should work fine. they should have put that in the directions. i thnk i had the adapter connected to the box and not to my laptop

No it has something to do with the new Apple software update because it was fine prior to that . Specifically it has something to do with Safari, because I was able to bring it up through Chrome. However it was locking up in Chrome, so I wish that Inventables would fix this issue. It is a pain because the job does not restart where it left off costing materials and valuable time,
