I screwed up and need help - was in the middle of a cutout carve with 5 minutes remaining in an hour long cutout and I accidently hit the back arrow key on my browser. Obviously it stopped the cutout and returned the machine to the front corner Home position. Is there a way to get back into this carve or do I need to cut air for the next 55 minutes.
If you have homing switches, and you set up your zero, you might be able to re-run the program and it will go over the workpiece cutting in air until it reaches the last bit of your design that was not cut. If you’re skilled at editing G-code, you can edit out the bits that have already been cut.
I have done all of this myself, but it is not for the inexperienced.
