Once i am logged into easel and i try to import an image into the “image trace” feature, the image i selected does not upload at all? I also noticed my easel account renews on 5-4-20 so I’m thinking once my account renews that feature will begin working again? Any help will be greatly appreciated, Thank you in advance.
