No, you need to request new fonts from Inventables support. They may or may not add them. I am still waiting for one we requested. But they do add new fonts now and again. I think they just added 100 or so.

Use a photoeditor or for instance Inkscape and write your text there, if possible export as SVG and import that to Easel. If SVG is not an option a high-resolution image can be imported through the Image-app in Easel.
