my settings are: $100=10.167, $101-9.2 and $102-727.273. These look strange next to everyone elses however, i am working with inches…
The values are always steps per millimeter, regardless of your work units of measurement.
Are you SURE about the dip switches? It really sounds like you swapped the settings for X&Y with those for Z.

Can’t get a pic without taking it apart, of course. I have verified them 3 times, they are correct. We went by the video that we watched and it made a great business plaque for us…thanks for your concern.
