I have issues with different depth levels (z) within the same letters. Seems like a software issue. Repeats the same inconsistent letters numerous times throughout the wording. Sound familiar? I am trying to post images, not sure how yet. 30 in/min feed rate, 9 in/min plunge rate, .04 depth per pass and material is 1/16 inch thick.12300 spindle speed. Material is plastic name plates.
