After completing the upgrade the other day of both the firmware and the driver, the machine seems to be having issues. For example, it will not complete Text carves, it’s as if it only works off one axis, also some of the Icons that are pre loaded will not completely carve either. I have gone through all the wiring to ensure nothing came loose, and it is all good. I am lost as to why it is doing this. I am running Easel on a windows 8 platform on a surface pro III. does that have anything to do with it?
I am starting to get frustrated and would be grateful if anyone has any suggestions
