Joining items, welding two parts in design process

Hello all,
I’m working to create a new product, on my new cnc, with my newly (still) being developed design skills.

I’m looking to create a circle with tabs on it. I draw the circle, I draw the block for the tab, but I need to join them. Similar to the weld function in vectric, is there something like that in easel?

try selecting all and GOTO Edit at the bottom of you drop down you will find combine instead of weld
