Designed in AutoCAD and imported in to Easel as a DXF. The text was added in Easel and engraved into a Dark Walnut stained piece using a 60 degree V bit. Cuts were planned out on (5) 1/8" pieces of 24" x 24" Baltic Birch Plywood to save time and give some contrast between layers.
Next a frame will be built using conventional methods and then hung at a cabin in Michigan.
