check your USB-Serial if you have driver ch340. look in setting /devises.
?? You have an XTool Brand Laser Machine?
Or just a XTool Laser Module mounted onto a different CNC machine?
The XTool Laser Machine is not compatible with Easel. You’d need XCS (Xtool brand software) OR Lightburn, or LaserGRBL. . . I Suggest Lightburn over the others.
