When I try to load an existing 3D project it gives the message “error occurred loading easel. Failed to fetch”.
It loads any of my old 2D files without a problem.

Ive seen issues with certain characters in the file name, line hyphens and periods… could be that or maybe the file is inside a .zip and needs extracted first… or the file is over 100mb size and needs to be reduced first.
I extracted the stl file from the zip file. Some of the files i have tried are only 27 to 55 Mb. Files are just numbers.stl

Exact same problem. I design the file setup on my desktop but when I go to my laptop that’s connected to the cnc I get the same “failed to fetch” error. Could it be just the difference in processing power? Never had the issue with 2d files
