Hi Ive tried for about 20 hours to login in to easel. it accepts my log in and then goes to a page which shows an easel with 3 dots flashing underneath it??? Help please i need to finish a project…
Make sure you have the latest drivers.

I myself would consider dumping the computer “cookies” and uninstall Easel, and go through the process again, but that’s me and I don’t know how that would impact your files that are saved. Good luck.
Thanks Martin All sorted now and can accsess my project I have now hit another problem!! I last used Easel on Windows 10. No problems. Now on Windows 11 and when I import a G Code and save the file on an SD card it does not translate into a cutting action on my CNC. On windows 10 when I used to save the file I had a choice of Windows, MS Dos and Other encoding. I had to choose Other encoding to get my CNC to interpret the code. Now I don’t seem to have a choice and the CNC doesn’t work !!
If you are talking about gcode formats, you want a basic one. I’ve used Notepad and Wordpad to open my files with no problem. Now these have changed over the years and sometimes Word will open instead of wordpad. Something that ends with xxxx.T or .TXT should work.
