Minsk Andrey Sagalov is the original sculptor of that.

It was never an stl and you will have to have someone recreate it if you want it in stl. (recreate as in scan or sculpt digitally)

Cool. I didn’t know it had been converted and could not find a site that had it. I did find that there are several sites that posted the same image.
