Looks slower than it should?

Not sure if my perception is just off, or if the machine is moving slower than it should. It’s been a few months since I have run my machine (been doing a lot of hand work lately) but I remember it moving faster than this at 100ipm. Feels more like 60 or 80
the first movement is at 200ipm then I ask if it looks like 100ipm

some other info, what you see on the table is what I cut last night. Took around 3 hours. .25 cutter, .15 doc 100ipm

This will be a jig for cutting some parts for a few tables I’m designing. I’ll be providing info on that project later down the road.
