I sign into easel using safari graphic page won’t load. I can’t see layout page. Then if I load on chrome it shows the setup and I can edit it. But isn’t able to connect to xcarve. It says not found. Mac is updated. Chrome and safari are updated. I downloaded the driver and installed it from the website. The only thing I’ve seen is that multiple drivers may be installed. Any help would be great. Wife’s pc laptop runs it fine.
Hi, I had the same problem with my mac and had to use chrome. I found sometimes to connect to the xcarve I had to log out of easel and log in again. hope that helps.
oh and maybe check the e stop button is reset
