Machine setup not working

When I enter all the info for the machine and click the button that says confirm setting a window pops up and say connecting to X carve plug in your USB and turn on the machine and nothing happens. Yes it is plugged in and is on . Any one have this happen ?

What operating system are you using? if it’s windows 7 check out this link…
