Machine won't home and Y axis drag

Hello,

Reaching out to this community for help. Our X-Carve machine suddenly started giving issues today morning:

  1. Stalled while homing
  2. Unusual drag in the Y-axis and cranking noise.

I have attached videos for review. Please help.

IMG_1006 - Homing failed and stalled.
IMG_1004 - Y axis drag (sorry for misspelling the axis)
IMG_1005 - Y axis drag and cranking sound.
