Cost is a factor, safety is a factor. However, stock on hand sometimes is the deciding factor. Now, I just need to follow-up with enclosing the SSR and Iā€™m good to go. In my case of selecting the SSR the risk is small, but predictable is preventable.

No manual overide with iotā€¦ with my box I control everything super easy when Iā€™m done main power kills everything. I can switch my light of when Iā€™m not standing over the machine watchingā€¦ I love my control box itā€™s safe because before I stick my hands in the cabinet I kill spindle power.

A3 Coolant Enable M8 (flood)

Not sure what you are asking. They are TTL outputs ( on / off ). M7 pin A4 5 volts. M8 pin A3 5 volts. M9 pin A3 and A4 0 volts.
