I was trying to reinstall a screw and it got striped.
Does any one know how to fix it?
Or do I have to buy a new one?
You MIGHT be able to rethread the screw if you have the proper die - as in tap & die - but it’s not likely. If you are in a major center there will be lots of bolt supply houses and almost any of them should have what you need.
Yea hopefully I can tap it deeper and use a longer screw.
That seems to be the best idea.
