Hello , I am looking at Making a little 3D Model of a Church for a Christmas Ornament. I thought about using the box making app, but cannot figure how to get a sloped roof. Any advice would be appreciated!
The box app won’t do it for you. You’ll have to draw up the parts or pay someone to do it for you.
I would go with 3D printing for something like that.
You might Google “photogrammetry” and give that a try. I would suggest aerial pictures taken by a drone. These days every 12 year old boy has one that can take photos.
Another path to a good ornament might be to laser engrave a photo image onto a round wood blank, or doing the same with a drag bit and an acrylic blank.
