how do i make a picture in vector graphics

Inkscape is popular within this forum. There are other packages such as Adobe, but they can be expensive. The Vectric software like Vcarve has vector drawing tools. You can also use any software you are used to like Microsoft paint and then run it through conversion software to get vectors. The two common formats for Vector graphics used with Easel are .SVG and .DXF
