I cannot figure out what is causing the groove cut into the step motor place and what making the rail rough. My carves go higher than designed as it
moves to the right. Checked belt tension, all rollers, cleaned off all debris etc
Looks like your plate is rubbing on the Y rails.
Are your Y rails set too wide?
