What are the maximum speeds for X and Y on the 4x4 X-Carve Pro? For chip load and carve duration I am looking to carve faster. I cannot locate recommended or maximum speed specs so I am asking here.

There are quite a few variables to be able to determine this answer. Have you tried looking up a “feed and speed” calculator online? This way you can enter your specific material along with bit diameter and bit type to be able to determine a good starting point. I’m not sure you are going to be able to enter a specific spindle RPM which is another factor but a calculator should get you in the ballpark.
I use V-Carve Pro and each bit can be adjusted for feeds and speeds and calculates chip load. What I am looking for is the maximum speed for the XCP to avoid belt slippage.
