Tried milling a plastic project case today and it turned out pretty good, I first milled a jig to hold the case and filled it with some high density foam for support.
As the work is not under the clamp it need some creative workarounds.

It is a cheap thermostat to control a fridge for my nephews home brew setup. This box connects to another with the mains relay in it.
