Got machine built. Trying to home it in easel. Far right back for Y axis and right side for X. The Y started going wrong direction and X in correct direction, hit stop button and popped up and clicked grbl change directions. Now Y direction moving correct direction and X moving in wrong direction. Anybody got any ideas?

You can get the X going the correct direction by changing your $3 value.
If $3 is even, add one to it.
If $3 is odd, subtract one from it.
Send the new value through the console.
If $3 is currently 0, send $3 = 1
