Besides a small mixup (seen in the closeup of the underside picture), it actually came out really well!
(last pic is a little keep keychain I made with left over 1/4 inch)
it’s 1/2 inch thick 6061 series aluminum, and was cut mostly with a 1/4 inch aluminum bit. The bottom plate is 1/4 inch, actual mounts are 1/2.
This was my first real aluminum test, so I don’t want to post numbers because I guarantee (this was made before finding the forum) that they are no where near the most efficient. Open to suggestions as I plan to cut some more aluminum!
