Looks amazing! Did you just lay the strip between the mdf and acrylic piece?
That is a super creative use of several mediums to make one badass piece of art.
Amazing job…How did the led lights turn out? with the right led strips this would look like the the Alaskan forests with the northern lights glowing behind it.

The LED strip is just laid in it’s own channel flat, between the trees and acrylic. They’re about an 1" apart. I used an Adafruit Trinket M0 for the circuit board. I should have taken a picture of the bottom so you could see it mounted, but I’ve since shipped it to my kids. I’ve made a few of these similar in style. It’s about 20" in length and 5" tall.

Did you use a file off of etsy or something or drew it yourself? This is awesome by the way.
My daughter sent me an image file, I edited it quite a bit in Photoshop, saved it as a PNG, then imported it into Easel.
