For some reason whenever I turn on the controller the green light flashes once and doesn’t stay on.
Anyone have a clue what it could be?
Did you hit your EMO button make sure it is up. This happened to me last week after I hit EMO button

I thought so however I want to check my fuse and one of them broke. So now I have to order that piece on Amazon. The fuze size is 5x20mm and is white ceramic.

Hmm, if your using a auto-resetting GFCI circuit breaker, i could see the fuse blow after it tripped off and on a few times. the Outled and/or Breaker is not a GCFI type is it?
