Need help re-flashing my x-controller

I tried with another two usb cables and still the same result. When I change the controller board with the new one, I can easily connect. I use the same cables and everything. The only thing that changes is the controller board. I don’t see anything off on it or anything, it just wont comunicate

Do you have it powered with 24v as well?

Also, are you absolutely sure that the COM port that you are trying to connect to is the controller?

Have you tried a different computer? Seems odd that it will connect occasionally.
