We are searching for how to install different fonts in Easel AND some good websites to access vector files not already installed?

Well, I’m sorry to bring the bad news, but the reason you aren’t finding much information on that is because fonts outside of the included easel library cannot be installed into easel.
At the top of the current font selection is the “+ add font” button and that gives you access to the pro font library, but that’s a bit limited IMO…
You would have to use a different program to generate a .svg (or .dxf) of the design using the desired font and then import that.
That’s what I did here in order to use this minecraft font from dafont.com
