hey guys I just carved my logo into a charcuterie board and it went just a little to deep at the end of the carve the trouble shoot option was to check lead screw adjustment in the machine settings i went back fully through machine setup and settings and see no lead screw option… is this not available with a 3rd party machine?

It depends which machine you’ve selected. BUT actually selecting anything within the 3rd party machine setup is simply referential and does not push the proper calibration settings to the machine the way that it does with the other Inventables machine options.
I would perform this manual calibration for all 3 axis’s and use that data instead.
