Not showing in computer

Hello Guys, just finish set up xcarve pro, I am using MacBook Air same I use for the xcarve1000.
Computer is not recognizing the xcarvepro.

Any help will be really appreciated.

checked Device Manager to find the COM number May help .

If you had it hooked to a 1000 you probably need to use another com port.
