I’m really hoping someone can help. I have been running projects left and right with my xcarve pro since close to the day I got it. I literally have to walk away for days if not wood before I try again. I have tried to carve simple things like names and cutouts… simple shapes and the xcarve decides to carve wherever it wants.
It seems to be the x axis. I’ve checked the tension on the belt… I’ve done the line test on the wheels to make sure they aren’t moving…
I bought my unit a year ago… it’s the 4x2 incase that helps. Oh and at the suggestion from xcarve I bought an expensive usb cord that they never reimbursed me for as promised
