Old project that worked then, will now not work now, any idea why? CLOSED user error

I did a project that included lettering 2 years ago that came out great.
I tried to do the same project today and easel will not cut out the lettering.

I used the same set up that was used 2 years ago, except I tried all 4 cutting methods. The clear our path and cut inside shape path letting was not cut out cut using the same 1/16 Inventable bit.

any idea why easel will not cut out the letters now?

The cut type should be the “Pocket” one and the original kinda looks like it was carved with a Vbit. :man_shrugging:
