Don’t be calling me names. I can not help here much but i have used the mask enough to know something about it.

How soon are you applying the mask and how soon are you carving after application?
I let the paint cure for atleast 24hrs before applying the mask and then let the mask set for atleast 24hrs before carving. I also use a J roller to press it all down and a pin to prick bubbles if I can’t get them to the edge.

Completely irrelevant to oramask, but be careful cutting MDF without a dust collection system (or face mask) It can wreck havoc on your throat/lungs - I know first handedly!
