what im trying todo is to cut thr open spaces in a 13 sign but cant figure out have to do it as i only want them a quater inch deep then cut circle for peace sign at 13 inchs so any body got any ideas really due needs some help thanks

yes but i want to just bring the four holes down quarter inch and cut outside all the way thur
