How to connect x-controller to pic sender? When I hit send on pic sender. My machine goes to the back right corner and I have to hit the emergency button to stop it. Is there a upgrade to PS?

What program are you sending the GCode to pic-sender with?
You should set the home position in that program, you might have something that is outside the carve area.
