if that is a 3d file (and STL) than no, well actually thinking about it, you might be able to set the border padding setting to negative value.
If that doesn’t work than the answer is no, and the STL would need to be edited in a software outside of easel first. (3d modeling softwares: blender, Zbrush, etc)
