I am not sure if Cabinetmaker is supposed to let me put in the actual plywood thickness or if it is only able to use 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4 for plywood thickness. The cabinet grade plywood I use is .48 inch thick and Cabinetmaker will allow me to input that thickness but when carved the front and back end up slightly extended. If I put in 1/2 inch for the setting the joint is loose and it carves into my waist board. Attached is an example with the setting at .48 inches.
