I hit the Estop on my xcontroller. After that I could not get the unit to connect to myPC anymore. I took the unit apart to see how it was wired up and how it worked. I noticed that the fan was working but the LED wAS NOt on. I checked for power coming from the power supply going to the upper board. There was no power on the connector. I took the connector off and checked for power and i saw my 24V. I ended up ringing out the wiring harness going from the power supply to the upper circuit board and wala, i found an open!
