Every time I use the touch probe, my carve goes completely spastic. Has anybody else had this issue or ideas on what fixes the problem? The carve goes off track and depth plays up… if I do a manual set up, the carve goes perfectly…

Sounds like your probe thickness is off. You could run the setup again (assuming Easel).
Thanx for the reply mate, I will try that and see how I go… it seems to have a mind of its own, thinking a setting may be wrong in the setup as it’s the only time the carve goes haywire!
