Its been a few years since i used my millright mega v. I am a beginner and was getting use to how to use easel. The problem is when i confirm work zero on the left front corner and hit the raise bit button, it raises all the up then slams to the back of the machine. I’m not computer literate and had lots of trouble when i first started learning. It homes properly but that’s it.
Grbl which is the software that controls the machine has a number of settings you can adjust. In Easel, click on “General settings” and then “machine inspector”. Then in the “console window”, type $$ and hit enter. That should bring up your settings. Read through the link below and then see how things relate to your machine. Those settings can be changed manually.
