Pulley Question

I’m looking to upgrade to 9mm wide belts. Is there any difference between this pulley;

and this pulley;

Both are 1/4" bore, 20 tooth and 9mm wide. What is throwing me off is that one of them also says “3GT”.

Are these effectively the same pulley?
