Has anyone used a quick change collet on the Dewalt 611 router? What did you use and how effective was it?

Where did you get it from? The ones I see only reduce to 1/4 inch at most. Trying to get it down to 1/8th inch.

I bought this necklace in Amazon and I have a friend with a lathe and I managed it for 1/4 for the router and brought a complete kit for all kinds of bit that are exchanged?

That’s a simple solution obtaining extra cutting depth if you have raised your rails. ( which I have)

I will purchase ER-11 collets and adapt them as you have.

Such a simple solution

Another advantage of this clamp is that I do not remove my dush shoe at all because I have my machine set to zero in the bed all the time in the upper left corner so I do not have zero point problems?
