Just finished carving this. My wife doesn’t ask me to make much for her so when she does I snap to it. She wants me to paint it like a tombstone. “RIP” stands for Retire in Peace

That’s cool… how’d you make it? Is that MDF?
It started out as 3/4 mdf, I used a couple of 3D models baked into V Carve Pro.

If you want to make it look “tombstone” like, I used some of that stone texture spray on some mini-gravestones for Halloween decorations, just make sure that you put a base coat of gray or some other color down first, as that texture paint doesn’t cover the wood too well.
