I recently purchased this machine and I’m having issues with it skipping over and not making smooth edges. As you can see on the mushroom on the right side it made a sharp edge and on the large center circle as well. And the little guy on the left skipped over a few steps but then went back on path eventually. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks in advance, and sorry for the awful picture quality.
Mechanical issues.
Belt slipping? Motor pulleys not set tight (slipping)?
Overloading the axis? (How aggressive are you cutting)
Is your end mill (&spindle) truly perpendicular to the surface?
Wheels not running smoothly?
