Router stoped mid carve

My machine stopped mid carve router didn’t return to starting spot and progress showed as carve complete. How can I get router back to starting coordinates to start carve over. Thanks

Does the machine get stuck, or can you move it manually with the controls after this occurs?

The most common issues that can cause this are:

  1. USB cable issues.
    a. Route the USB cable away from the spindle power cable and any other source of RFI.
    b. Replace the USB cable with a quality shielded cable.
  2. Windows USB port settings that put the ports to sleep after a certain time.

  3. Issues with the physical USB port.

See if any of those things resolve the issue. My bet would be on #1…
