Machine cuts part perfectly until the end! The router doesn’t lift all the way then returns home cutting through the piece. This is a new problem that just started. Anyone having the same issue?

Is this a stock xcarve? (No 3rd party parts)
Id check the z axis belt tension of its the older z axis with belts, if its the new one id check the stepper to lead scre coupler…
Also the grbl settings, specifically $112 setting.
