Running Chilliepeppr on a Mac [Resolved]

By far the easiest way is to have a gcode file ready and simply drag and drop onto the ChiliPeppr window, it’ll show you it is accepting the file.

If the file is very big, it’ll warn you that it’s not going to save it to its own local storage for later recall/reuse but it’ll still work just fine.

Awesome! Glad you got it moving. It is a pretty good feeling when the X-Carve moves for the first time.

I second what @IanWatkins said. You will just take your file with g-code in it and either drag and drop it on the window or load it with the g-code widget on the left side of the workspace. After that you will want to A. have your machine “Homed” and B. accurately set the working Zero to your material in the position that you have chosen when setting up your toolpaths.

Let us know how it goes, and happy carving!

Would you mind us changing the title of this to indicate that the issue is resolved?
