Running machine setup through easel “Test your wiring” X right moves left and X left moves right. The samething happens on Y and Z also doing opposite. I think wiring on blocks is correct.

You can invert the direction of the motors by swapping one pair ( green & black). You can also do this in the grbl settings with the $3 parameter.
During setup (Easel), you should be prompted with a screen asking if each of the axis is working correctly, or not.
Just select the correct answers…

I had the same thing happen. I did what MichaelColey suggested (After running my spindle into the wasteboard during the z homing switch setup) Worked great. definitely make sure you have that set up right before moving on.
